  I am writing this e-mail to clear up some confusion that has taken 
place during the course of your job action.  The UPS employees that  are
crossing your picket lines are NOT Union employees.  They are,  in fact,
management personnel dressed in brown uniforms.  Yes, they  are
impersonating Union members.
  Teamsters Local 344, who represent the UPS Teamsters support you in 
your efforts to achieve a fair labor agreement.  All UPS Teamsters  who
work in the University area are refusing to cross your picket  lines. 
Management employees then remove the deliveries from the  Union
employee's trucks and make the delivery.  We do not support  UPS
management in this practice, but we have no recourse.
  Again, you have Teamsters Local 344's support, and our members are 
honoring your picket lines.
