CHALKING/POSTERING/FLYERING:
Tips:
All posters, fliers and chalkings must include the whoâwhat, when and where. 
Posters put up on boards around campus are taken down every 
Thursday night so keep that in mind when postering. 
try to put posters in many buildings, including ag and engineering campus, 
possibly medical school (not just bascom hill & library mall)

best fliers and posters should be simple and eye catching - maybe use bright colored paper
Few people who are handed a flier will read it fully and even fewer take action.

(although we don't always follow them - 
try to do whatever will get us in the least trouble 
& remember to try be polite/non-destructive, 
& remember who might have to clean up later)
best not to tape posters to the sidewalk or wheat paste to sides of buildings
the janitors have to clean these up, and sometimes it can be 
quite tedious and time consuming.
 and it is better to have them as allies than enemies



write on classroom blackboards in early mornings.  
 janitors erase the boards in evenings & usually work until 1am



there must be an asm logo included if printing is paid for by asm grants
